30 North will be leased exclusively to UNF Students, Faculty and Staff.
Will 30 North be a UNF Residence Hall?
No. Though located on the UNF Campus, 30 North is privately-owned and operated by a Jacksonville-based firm (subject to a long-term agreement with The University of North Florida).
What Does Individual Leasing Mean?
